NORTH COUNTY DUBLIN, IRELAND
A FAMILY FARM. A VERY IRISH STORY.
For Peadar Whyte, farming runs in the family. Three generations deep.
On his family farm in North County Dublin, Peadar grows oats with an eye on what comes next: the next crop, the next season, the next generation.
O’Sullivan’s brings that care to your breakfast table. Irish oats with a real place, a real farmer, and a story worth knowing.

IT ALL STARTS WITH THE SOIL
Regenerative farming is a way of working with the land. On Peadar’s farm, that means paying attention to the life beneath our feet and the diversity around us.
01Keeping living roots in the ground for longer helps support the life in the soil.
02Crop rotations and cover crops bring different plants into the fields through the seasons.
03Flowering field margins make space for pollinators and other life alongside the harvest.
